It's so important for me to recharge myself each day and spend time in meditation and prayer. I'm so thankful that Heavenly Father led me to the tool that is Kundalini Yoga. It is so good for me!
Another week complete. A new month begun. I still can't get over (yet am relieved?) that it's February. I wonder what will transpire next and wonder when some things I believe will yet come to pass will actually manifest. AND how!
I've successfully completed daily meditation this week. Mostly short ones, unfortunately. I was able to do a couple days of 11 minute prosperity as part of my routine (current routine, anyway). I enjoy all of it very much!
As for me, I'm coming to the close of one of mine, I think. I'm considering extending it to an 80 day. I think I *need* to, really, rather than starting a new 40 day challenge with another form. I'll let you know about what I decide! :)

So glad the meditation is doing you such good. I have seen and felt that it does you good, too.
It sounds like meditation has been very inspiring for you. It's something I've always wanted to try, but also something I never seem to have the extra time (or quiet) for.
How important that you get to spend time each day in meditation! Good for you sticking to your Challenge.
I definitely need to start meditating. I am mentally drained by the end of the day.

I am surprised that somehow we already finished one month of the new year! How fast will this year go I have to wonder.
As is, I can't believe my baby turned 3 months old recently. Her babyhood is going by so fast!

I bet meditation would definitely help in my fitness journey. I am eating healthy and getting exercise, but I still feel that stress is affecting my well being.
My husband meditates first thing in the morning to deal with anxiety. It seems to help him a lot.

What does a 40 challenge consist of? I'm glad you have been able to concentrate and find a tool to focus.
Joanna, a 40 day challenge can look just about any way you want it to. For me, it means I choose a form for meditation that I'm going to make sure I do each day for 40 days. It feels really good to accomplish each challenge I create for myself.
I know, for some, having a challenge orchestrated by someone else with accountability to that person, can help. If you'd like to join such, I'm happy to create it and you can share updates to/with me.
