Do You Hear What I Hear?

This is very interesting to me. It's about homeschooling.

Perhaps a bit much... but perhaps not!?? The contents are not all in line with my personal beliefs. I just thought it was interesting and something to think about.

What do you think?

That video brought out a few points in reference to the gov't schools that are in line with what I think and feel.
for those of us who send/sent our children, one speaker said, "we GiVE them our children." That is why I cried each time I sent my kindergartener off for the 1st time...so 6 times for me. I knew I was GIvINg them my children. It never occured to me that i could really DO the schooling myself. (didn't have the internet to help in my mom era!)
Another speaker called gov't schools .."soul-killing indoctrination centers." Yep, I see that.
Later on there was reference made to homeschooling being a revival for our nation. I believe that it will probably be our homeschooled youth who will influence a much needed revival to a great extent.
Is there a series of books about the Americian Girl that is historical fiction? That might be good reading for Ria.
