The Delphi Technique.

You can only efficiently battle the enemy
when you are super in-tune with the Holy Spirit
and/or
when you know how the devil fights.
If you are not informed of his ways,
trained and (self) taught, led of the Lord to recognize his weapons...
you will be a weaker warrior for Christ than you could be.

Tone the muscles of your mind.
Understand the devil's tools.
Synthesize it all.
Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you,
to fill your mouth and calm your heart.
God will complete your understanding.
